PHASE1
Request for offer (customers)

- Talleres Mecánicos Paramio currentyly has a MRP2 comprehensive management program
- Customers send us a request an offer together with a plan of the part and 3D file of the piece. We analyse the feasibility and risks.
- At TMP, we analyse the process and the raw materials requiered and, at the same time, we send to our suppliers a request for quotation for the required raw materials.
- Once we have the results of the methods study and the raw materials, we send the customer an offer for the part in a short period of time.
PHASE 2
Customer order

Creation structure and programming.

Manufacturing and packaging.

If offer is accepted, client send us the
order, and as soon as it arrives it is entered in the system with the
terms and delivery dates requested by the client.
TMP
creates the structure of the new part and programs it considering the
terms set by the client and the delivery terms for the raw materials,
optimising all the resources. The program indicates the best machine for
manufacturing the part and the exact start date.
The
manufacturing order is launched and the worksheet is printed and
passed on to the worker for the manufacturing, packaging and
identification processes.
PHASE 3
Quality Management

During
the manufacturing process, the different workers involved in the
different phases of the part, must tell the program the time and
quantity of parts they had made on each job.
Once
the part has been finished, it is checked by the Quality assurance
Department. Although the workers take measurements at the machine, the
parts are measured in out three-dimensional machine or using the menans
required as per the part specifications.
When
it is considered that the part meets all the client's requirements, it
is packaged, shipped and billed. After this, our commercial department
carries out an after-sales follow-up to ensure total quality
