.
PHASE 1
Reception of client's plan, standards and requirements, 3D
All the technical documentation pass on to the documental system to control the different versions and restrict the use of the documentation for guarantee the total confidentiality
In CAD-CAM we work currently with SolidWorks and MasterCam. We also dispose of a server totally dedicated to the storage of plans, standards and any other kind of manufacturing documentation.

The process is as follows:

When we receive all the technical documentation from the client pass on to the documental system to control the different versions and restrict the use of the documentation for guarantee the total confidentiality.
PHASE 2
CAD analysis with CAM (MasterCam) and creation of programs (ISO, Mazatrol) for manufacturing at production centres.
With the plan in SolidWorks format, it is directly  exported to CadCam, wich performs a simulation of the machining of the part and creates the program in ISO or Mazatrol, as applicable..
Our technicians the analyse the programs and make the adjustments they consider necessary to optimise the manufacturing process of the part.

Once the final program is ready, it is sent directly to the different machining or lathing centres using our machining-communication system, which has been specially designed for our company
PHASE 3
Reanalysis of the program by technicians
Communication programs  with production centre
Workers analyse the program at the machine and adjust the parameters accordingly under supervision of highly qualified workers. If the program varies, it is sent back to the server, to save only the correct copy of the program and avoid problems of duplicities of programs.
The management of the plans is fully integrated with our MRP program and it is possible to obtain a plan or any documents on screen and then print it, as necessary, from any part of the application.
